Biography

Roxanne Simon serves as Vice President of PMO and Process Improvement at SI-BONE. In this capacity, Ms. Simon provides strategic oversight of project management governance and spearheads initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency through process optimization. Her responsibilities encompass the management and execution of all projects within SI-BONE’s portfolio. Prior to SI-BONE, Ms. Simon built an extensive career in engineering and operations, holding key positions at Kyphon, Inc., Spinal Kinetics LLC, Epicor Medical, Inc. (acquired by St. Jude in 2024), and InnerDyne, Inc. (acquired by Tyco in 2000). She also dedicated more than a decade to contract medical device development with Stellartech Research Corp and Hantel Technologies. Ms. Simon earned a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and brings over 34 years of experience in the medical device industry.
