Biography

Luke Smith was promoted to Vice President of U.S. Sales in August 2025, bringing nearly two decades of medical device experience and a proven record of driving growth and building high-performing teams.

Since joining SI-BONE in 2014, Luke has been instrumental in shaping the company’s commercial success. He began as a Territory Manager, earning President’s Club honors, before advancing to Regional Sales Director in 2017 and Area Vice President of Sales in 2019. At every level, Luke has consistently delivered results by fostering collaboration, developing talent, and amplifying SI-BONE’s impact in the marketplace.

Prior to joining SI-BONE, Luke spent eight years with St. Jude Medical in Neuromodulation and began his career with Cardinal Health as a Territory Manager in the Pharmaceutical Distribution Division. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming and an M.B.A. from the University of Utah.
