Biography

Anshul Maheshwari has served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of SI-BONE since February 2026. In this role, he oversees Finance, Investor Relations, Global Operations, Information Technology, and Project Management. He joined SI-BONE in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer and took on the expanded responsibilities for Global Operations in late 2024. Mr. Maheshwari brings more than 20 years of experience across banking, corporate finance, treasury, strategy, and operations. Prior to joining SI-BONE, he served as Vice President of Finance, Investor Relations, and Treasurer at Varian Medical Systems, a $3 billion global leader in cancer care solutions, where he assumed roles of increasing responsibility beginning in 2018. Earlier in his career, Mr. Maheshwari was Assistant Treasurer at Bechtel Corporation, a global engineering and construction company with more than $20 billion in annual revenue. Prior to that, Mr. Maheshwari spent most of his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in corporate and investment banking.
